Cardinal Fastener & Specialty Co., Inc. is pleased to announce the newest addition to their sales team, John W. Grabner, Jr., Strategic Accounts Manager. John joined Cardinal in December of 2008 as Lean Manufacturing Manager. He has since been part of Cardinal’s Process Improvement Team (PIT Crew), as well as managed the short lead time area in Cardinal’s plant.
John’s background includes development through management training programs, operations, and customer service through the hotel industry. John is completing his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and will be responsible for internal Six Sigma projects to reduce costs and wastes along with furthering Cardinal’s Lean Manufacturing journey.
