Project goals included lead-time reduction, on-time delivery increase, as well as putting systems in place for continuous improvements. After 13 weeks the project results of these implementations have included a 53% increase in plant productivity, 24% lead-time reduction, 30% 5S score increase and 60% increase in quote processing throughput.
